Being part of a sincere, hard-working and dedicated team has given me immense motivation to work as well as job satisfaction. I appreciate the clarity our leaders provide for the project and create actionable goals for the team. Huge learning happened in creating the LMS course and the massive turn-out of participant enrolment is truly gratifying and rewarding. Our earnest effort to set up a vision center in Siddipet district is finally bearing fruit. I look forward to being part of inspiring research projects in the years to come.
