My IHOPE journey began in 2020 and the past two years have had me working on the LMS and the Eye care integration at the primary healthcare level projects. Both have enhanced my skills and competencies with a special emphasis on learning from my peers from diverse domains of eye-care, health economics and public health. I have learnt the importance of perseverance, teamwork and being open to receiving constructive feedback from them while also learning the importance of diligence, discipline and the dedication from the Investigators. I hope to make a significant contribution to IHOPE and continue the good work to eventually create a positive impact on the community.
